Clinic Information
Price: Determined by Clinic Design
- 2 days of instruction with your horse
- 9 AM to Noon - Ground Work
- 1 PM to 5 PM - Riding
- Question and Answer Sessions with Morgan
- Individual help as needed
|
Clinic Requirements
- Must be able to walk, trot and canter your horse
- Horse must be at least 3 years old with 60 days of riding (NO STALLIONS ALLOWED)
- Horse must be broke to ride and manageable
- Horse must be in good health, good weight, and no lameness
- Horse must have current negative Coggins (1 yr) and health papers (30 day) (even if in state- no exceptions)
- Rope halter and 14 foot lead rope (loaners available)
- Stick and string (loaners available)
- Headstall with D-ring or O-ring snaffle bit, chin strap, and Loop or Mecate reins (NO SHANK BITS)
- Saddle/saddle pads (western-type are recommended but not required)
- Sport Boots for horses are permitted
- Feed, grooming supplies, buckets, shavings, pitch fork and muck
bucket
- Positive attitude and desire to have a fantastic time with your horse!
- Dogs and pets are NOT PERMITTED (For safety reasons)

Carolina Horsemanship, 367 Dillard Road, Warrenton, NC 27589.
Refunds for cancellations (less $50 administrative fee) only available when replacement can be found for registered participant.

Central Carolina Western Horsemanship Association (CCWHA) hosted a horsemanship clinic with Morgan on September 26, 2009. The clinic was a big success. Twelve participants (rider and horse) and many spectators braved the damp weather to spend the day with Morgan learning several of her fundamental horsemanship exercises. Morgan got her start in showing with CCWHA and donated her time and proceeds to the CCWHA youth year end awards. it was a great “Seeing Eye to Eye” experience. You can visit the CCWHA website at:
